Rosemary Conley - This diet is the only one that comes complete with an exercise programme. Lose weight & tone up! Slim Fast - Tried and tested plan that people either love or hate. Low calorie diet that still provides all essential vitamins. Sonoma Diet - Based on the Mediterranean diet, this Californian alternative is also more a healthy way of eating. South Beach Diet - Basically a low carb, balanced diet set in stages - good fats and good carbs, and lots of delicious food. Weightwatchers - Tried and tested plan with support group and a new "No Points" option. Low fat, great for healthy, sustained weight loss.
